Biking isn't as intense as actively sporting (like playing basketball), but it's still sporting so it's bad for your chest and therefore I don't bind when I bike. I find that so annoying and stressful (because which toilet do I need to use? I'm still questioning and closeted), that I usually just wear a sportsbra which doesn't really flatten my chest so I end up feeling miserable every time I go out. So whenever I need to go somewhere on my bike (which is like always), I can't wear my binder or I have to change in the toilet when I arrive somewhere. I play basketball and I'm fine wearing a bra when I go out to do that, it's just that I bike a lot (I live in the Netherlands and it's really common to just bike everywhere here). The only problem is I can't sport with it. I'm really happy with it, as I feel so much better having a flat looking chest.
